Welcome to the FREE eBook download page where I will be posting all my eBooks.
As you can see, they cover more than just mindfulness (although there are certainly mindful aspects to both photography and classical music).
I hope you enjoy them all and find their content to be of benefit. Please feel free to download them and share them widely!
Mindfulness
This is the eBook version of my blog, “Living A Mindful Life“. It is the culmination of over twenty years of reading, research, contemplation, assimilation, condensation, and translation to render this vast topic approachable, understandable, relatable, and adoptable.
I hope you, and those you share it with, get as much benefit from it as I have. For me personally, it has been nothing short of life-changing.

Photography
I have had an amateur’s interest in photography for several decades now (you can view some of my work on my Flickr site). This eBook is based on an introductory course I created about the photographic process and how to take better, more interesting photos. Again, feel free to share it widely with any budding photographers you may know!

Classical Music
I fondly recall the times spent in my childhood listening along with my dad to his Reader’s Digest vinyl LP collection of classical music’s ‘greatest hits’. This instilled in me a passion for this wonderful, life-enriching genre.
This eBook, one I created for an introductory course I presented on this topic, explores the life and times of some of the world’s greatest composers, from medieval times to the present. Please feel free to share it with the music lovers in your life!

Personal Finance
The contents of this book touch on topics of particular interest to me during my thirty-three years as a professional financial advisor. Despite the technical nature of some of the material, I hope I have been able to render it understandable as well as interesting!
